What an interesting book Cooking with Coconut Flour is and a must have for those unable to eat gluten products. I have tried some of the recipes and they are easy to follow with recommendations on how to make the recipe with less sugar as well.
The coconut flour pancakes are delicious. It is a change of mindset using a nut flour with no glutens and requires more eggs in the recipes than gluten recipes do but I love eggs so have no problem with that.
Cooking with coconut oil and flour is healthy and a good way of getting more fibre in your diet.

Wow. I want to tell the world about coconut flour... My hubby and I make the most amazingly delicious berry muffins every 2nd day so there's lots of praise in this household for coconut EVERYTHING... Once you've worked out the egg to coconut flour ratio, it's as simple as using ordinary "white death" wheat flour! We've made a scrumptious chocolate cake as well that was extremely moist. PS. We added some mesquite for extra flavour and it was a knock out. Next we're going to try the dumplings made from coconut flour to put in our winter stews and casseroles. Love love love this book. Plus it's packed with really interesting info about coconut flour and all things coconut. You know when you look at coconut flour that it's not processed like normal wheat flour. You can see that the roughness or texture of it looks like real dried coconut. The same can't be said about white flour.. it doesn't resemble a wheat stalk in the field, does it???

This cooking book is excellent and I have already cooked some muffins. I would recommend it as a wonderful gluten free cook book for anyone - even the non gluten free cookers.

I have been looking for this book for ages, and as usual Fishpond came up with just what I wanted again. This is a wonderful book, especially for people who can't tolerate wheat/gluten, I find the recipes very good and taste wonderful. THank you for finding it for me. I love Fishpond!!

I have asked for a refund or another one of this book/ The copy you sent is missing many pages.
The missing pages start at 7 with a blank page and go on for many white pages throughout the book.
Its really difficult to use the recipes as you may have the ingredients on one page and then white blank on the next 2.
This must be a printers error and mine can't be the only book with blank white pages in it surely you must know about this.
Content is very good what I can read. Content v. bad which I cant read so I will be rating you on the missing pages as it makes it impossible to read the book and the recipes
