I thought this book was great, as it gives routines for a BABY and TODDLER. My two are only 18 months apart, and trying to use the original CLB routine for both children just didn't work. I needed more specific guidelines on a routine that suited the both of them together, and it worked. We even moved countries (UK to Australia) when the baby was six months old, and both kids fell back into their routine as soon as they arrived.

Not what I was hoping for. The Contented Little Baby book was my bible with my first baby. This book revisits (and repeats) much of the information in the first book and provides routines for baby and toddler but that's about it. If you have the CLB book, stick with that and don't bother with this one. Might be worth buying if you didn't do CLB first time round.

If you have the other Gina Ford books, then this one doesn't offer much more except for the bathtime routine part and a few other tips. But I still highly recommend it!

I think this is a great book to have when you have a toddler and new baby coming along.
