from just looking at the cover of this cookbook, it just screams new york city! the cakes inside this book are fantastic, truly amazing, and the handicraft work that goes into it to make it such a delight to look at is just amazing!! i cannot even believe that the cake on the cover really is a cake! definitely worth the price!

Just a quick word, I received the book this morning. And it was under my
expectation. Don't get me wrong, it is a not bad book, but refer to those
reviews under, I was expecting a little bit more. If you were looking for a
cake decoration book, you may consider the 'the home guide to cake
decorating'. That was the first cake decoration book I bought, and it has
been the best of all I've got so far. Not to metion it is cheaper than this
one as well.

Beautiful cakes. Instructions are easy to follow with very good illustrations. Can't wait to start.

This book is wonderful!! The recipe's are easy to follow and work out perfectly. The instructions for all the cakes, cupcakes and decorative cookies are extremely easy to follow. This book has something for everyone - from the beginning baker to the cake expert. Highly recommended!!!

This has some absolutely wonderful cake recipes in it - I made the chocolate cake for Easter & it was an absolute hit. Some of the nicest & easiet recipes to follow and some easy cake designs to make for yourself or loved ones. I love to just sit down sometimes & flip through this book to look at all of the magical creations Elisa has developed. I love the shoe cake!!!! Def one of my favourite cake decorating books.

Beautiful. Pretty. Sweet. Just what every young girl needs.
Worth to have a look at, whatever sort of cook you are. Its just brilliant.
Always refer to this book when parties are on my timetable.
A must for stay at home parents when you get bored, and caterers kill for it.
