I have had this book for nearly a years now and had lots of fun (still) looking or exploring the contents for my weekly or monthly planning for my preschool. The book shows you what you can do at block, art, dramatic, science and etc and introduce you to the story books that you can use with the children at circle or mat time.

This book is a great collection. It would be a very useful book for those starting out in the Early Childhood industry or those working with preschoolers. Some of the activities could be explained more, and some you may have seen before but there are many different activities for all areas. It has been a great resource and useful for ideas when doing activities.

Very Straight forward and practical! It covers all aspects of the curriculum and and areas of development very thoughroughly. I think it would be a great resouce to have in early childhood centres for both qualified teachers when they are feeling stale with ideas and for unqualified teachers who feel they need an extra boost.
