I wouldn’t recommend this series that specialise on teaching physically demanding tasks such as dance or farming. Speechmaking and confience building may have a temporary effect when learnt from this series, but the contents quality is really upto the eye of the beholder. All I can say is that the spine is really annoying to keep open. They really should print them on spiral spines, especially if they are charging this much per book anyways. I learnt that practise is crucial to making what you learn into long term memory. It is scientifically researched and proven that if you repeat a task 20 times consecutively, you will have much better command over the task.
