Pierre Herme's "Chocolate Desserts" is a fantastic recipe book to read, and for those of you lucky enough to come across it, definitely take the oppurtunity to give it a once-over at least. It has every chocolate-based recipe you could possibly dream of, and i think that this book, and whatever creations come out of it would be a chefs dream come true!

Chocolate Desserts by Pierre Herme was just fantastic....
Chocolate is pure magic when it comes to desserts and this book gave me a whole new world of using chocolate in my dessert making...
Totally mouth-watering, you'll be begging for more and more.
So delicious, I am currently working through making ( and eating!) every recipe in the book.....delightful!
