About the Author

Brian Matthew Holmes graduated from Northern Michigan University in the frigid, but beautiful, Upper Peninsula of Michigan. That summer he began his careening career in publishing by writing local sports for a penny shopper newspaper. That was a long time ago, on a typewriter far away. Since then, Mr. Holmes has lived in New Jersey working as a proofreader, copy editor, editor, educational writer, technical writer, and independent publisher and author. Holmes is an avid amateur photographer, history buff, political observer, bowler, blogger, tech lover, and Trekkie. He also loves reading on his Kindle Fire. Erin Holmes is an artist, musician, singer, actress, web designer, surfer and rock climber. She recently graduated from Monmouth University. This is her first children's book.
