This is a very helpful book, especially for pre-service teachers. The content provided in this book is very theoretical, but can help to develop personal philosophies in terms of art education for children. There are some practical examples, but the book is more about helping find a position to stand with on arts education. The authors are very knowledgable and passionate about the subject. Excellent for reference in essays.
