A helpful and easy to understand introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Sarah Edelman presents CBT techniques with helpful and practical examples and exercises, which help you to get started changing your thinkin as you are reading. The tone of the book is always positive and non judgemental and the language is non scientific and easy to understand. I found ‘Change your thinking’ a positive and helpful read.

An excellent resource for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression or just feeling stuck in a rut. This will take you step by step through the steps of CBT, which is very effective and can be learned through self help.
