Dr Sabina Dosani MBBS, MSc, MRCPsych is consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at the Kari Centre, Auckland, New Zealand and co-editor of the British Medical Journal's Career Focus section. Sabina has also written for the Sunday Express, Guardian, Times 2 and Saga magazine. She has specialised in helping adults and young people overcome a range of psychiatric problems.
