This book is, as it says, just a reference. It is very comprehensive and contains the definitions for every CSS attribute around. I would not reccomend it as a learning book however. It is more just something to look at if you want to try out new styles or remember the names of certain properties. It has no images to back up what it explains in each small decription either.
All in all, the book is very handy and useful, but you should only buy it if you're already familiar with CSS, buy the definitive guide if you wish to learn more.
