This book is a great follow up to the first.
I thought the first was great but this one shows more variety in the recipes.
Great for any gourmet cook that wants to watch their weight, or even just keep their family healthy.
Excellent dietary and exercise tips, this book provides a well rounded look at healthy eating, but I would take heed to the over-reliance on meat, and take a couple vegetarian days using protein shakes as supplements.

All the recipes are delicious, and are relatively easy to prepare. Even though we are not following the diet religiously, my partner and I have already lost some weight.
