Good book for those interested in deepening their understanding of yoga's approach to the mind/spirit/ego and how yoga can be used to bring balance to your life through regular practice. Enjoyable read that has changed my mental approach to the physical practice of yoga and got me back into a regular home practice. A book I'll pick up again and again. Not the right book for people only interested in the physical aspects and benefits of yoga.
