This is a truely well presented book and worth the money. It could sit on any coffee table with pride. Great photography and a true characteristic 'feel' for this type of cooking makes this book a feast for all the sences. This bistro style of cooking may be well known to most good cooks but it never hurts to try some one elses spin on 'that favourate receipe' to make it even more delicious and better presented; and it could not come from a better source than Thomas Keller. Truely enjoyable and a beautiful book that I can thoroughly reccommend.
A beautiful presentation. I was quite surprised when I started to skim through the pages, and 1 hour later I realised what a gem this publiction is. The photos are inspiring and food presentation ideas are excellent. A great "coffee table" book for visitors and advice from a fantastic chef. This one I'll pass on to my daughter.
