I read some great reviews on this book. I had a couple of personal training lessons but didn't think it was worth paying the amount of money to learn certain information such as weight training etc. I am yet to go through this book but from what I've looked at so far it serves my purpose of giving ways to do certain weight training for certain muscles on gym equipment and without gym equipment.
