Hmm, a book by Oprah's personal trainer. The book contains a lot of inspirational stories, stuff on emotional eating, and a sprinkling of useful information. It contains information on some of the most popular diets, most of which are unhealthy in the long term, or time consuming or difficult to implement. It will help people lose weight. Losing weight is nothing more than burning more calories than you consume. However, there are better books on the topic.
