Fulgencio Arguelles is a multi-award winning Spanish fiction writer born in 1955. He has published a couple of dramas, several short story collections and various novels. He also writes contributions for several Spanish newspapers. His novels include: Letanias de lluvia (1993), winner of the Premio Azorin de Novela; Los clamores de la tierra (1996), Recuerdos de algun vivir (2000), winner of the Premio de Novela Principado de Asturias, El palacio azul de los ingenieros belgas (2003), winner of the Premio Cafe Gijon de Novela. His latest novel is No encuentro mi cara en el espejo (2014).
