Gr 4-7-The fourth book (Scholastic, 2009) in the series, written by Jude Watson, finds siblings Amy and Dan Cahill in Cairo searching for clues among ancient tombs, in museums, and on sunken islands that will lead to the Cahill family secret. Along the way, many relatives spy, chase, or imprison them as they decode the mysteries.ÅWho can they trust?ÅMaybe no one.ÅDavid Pittu does a fabulous job of giving the many characters different voices, and using sinister or snooty tones as necessary. For fans of the series.-Debbie Whitbeck, West Ottawa Public Schools, Holland, MI Copyright 2010 Reed Business Information.
