an update to my first review... this was for a gift and they loved it. and it was for a croatian couples' wedding present, and the bride's mum is wanting it for herself so must be good!
Just received this book today... it's for a gift. It is a simply set out cookbook and not your usual cookbook filled with glossy pics_ it has a few pics but b/w and just at the start of each new recipe section. having said that if you dont mind not knowing what the dish should look like it is chock full of recipes. a very comprehensive croatian cookbook and from my research there aren't a lot available, beggars can't be choosers! would be better to see some colour pics.
