My copy just arrived today - what a beautiful book! I gauge how much I like a cookbook by the number of recipes I mark in it, and this book has a post-it note on almost every page already. The photography and quality of the book is excellent, and the breadth of recipes does not disappoint. I suspect this will sit alongside The Cook's Companion and The Silver Spoon as a book that will rarely make it to my bookshelf.
