This book as already become my bible. My little boy is 1 week old, and it helped so much already sorting problems like breastfeeding and reassured me whenever I have any queries.. especially as a 1st time mum, there is so many things to learn about new borns that any little thing can easily become a big worry... I also love her approach : very open minded,as she says it herself whatever you do with your baby is fine as long as it is safe and suits you both. I definitly recommand that book to any 1st time mum !!

I am 30 weeks pregnant at the moment and just finished this extra ordinary informative book for pregnant mum and newborn babies. This is simply a great book and I would recommend every new and old mum who have little babies this book. This is a worth reading. I am really grateful to Robin Baker for her excellent book. Please read this book if you get the chance.

This is a wonderful book for new parents. We have referred to it lots in the early weeks. Robyn Barker's style is not "preachy" at all (like some other parenting books I've read), she gives you the facts so that you can make your own decisions. The section on frequent worries and concerns for new parents in the first few months is especially reassuring. I would definitely recommend this book to any new or expecting parents - it's become our "bible"!

This is a great book to help you learn what your baby is saying. Almost all mothers I know have this book and treasure it. It is often looked at when we are perplexed as to how to help our babies. The advice is simple to understand and just makes sense.
