It is dated now but was definitely worth it back in the day.
It was part of the hype towards Halo 2 back in 2004, and it showed how Bungie created the masterpiece that is the Xbox smash hit Halo.
Nice insights into game development, but again, it has been dated, and some information is now irrelevant now that the trilogy is complete.

This large coffee table book takes a look at the art and design behind Bungie Studio's superlative Halo franchise. It includes concept art and screenshots from the original Halo game as well as a look at the then-new Halo 2 game world. All the artwork is explained and details on the how and why of Bungie's game design are included. A great book for the Halo fan.
