Great reference for those who are studying the human figure in any art form,it offers many poses,many body types and each one is done from 4 different angles ,so its very helpful in sculpture.The lighting is done very well for those who draw or paint to make this a well worth quick reference.I love that you can open a page to add detail instead of relying on memory from a life model(or quick sketches)

They say the basis of an artist is to work life drawing as the body dimensions and features will train our eye to better capture in the right proportions whatt and how we perceive. This book has hundreds of poses, angles, and shades so you can practise how to draw or paint the human body in it's richness. Also offers a segment of emotional face expressions. Very handy and hours to practise from. All pictures are in color And also there is afew examples of drawings done. Highly recomended.
