A very practical and insightful book with tools for anybody suffering from anxieties and phobias as well as those who consider they have none. Contains styles of Carers with strengths and weeknesses for those involved as support persons.
The language is simple and clear but comes from a plausible and professional base. This was a useful book to read and although I would consider my anxieties routine I feel I understand myself better, as well as those around me. Highly recommended.

As an addiction counsellor, I found the Anxiety & Phobia Workbook an great reference book.

This book is great! I've read and re-read many of the chapters - it's the kind of book you can refer to again and again. There are a lots of practical tips for managing anxiety-causing situations and for managing the physical symptoms of stress and enxiety. Highly recommended!
