A great book - definitely worth reading! I was surprised by how short it was as it's basically a history lesson. However, Orwells other book, Nineteen Eighty Four, is a much better book in my opinion. It makes most of the same points but does a much better job at engaging you with the story.

a must read! this is a modern day fairytale about some farm animals who decide that they would be happier running the farm for themselves. so they overthrow the humans, and at first everything is just how they imagined it would be. then the pigs start getting greedy, and plan to take over the farm.

this is one of geogre orwells most iconic novels, as it tells of stalins regime throguh the eyes of animals, who over throw the farm in the hopes of making life better for themselves, but then their leader is murdered by a greeedy pig, and their "perfect" world turns to nothing. a great read, i found this really enjoyable too.
