These are great short stories to fill in an empty hour or so. They fill in some of the back story for her other novels in the Guildhunter series and follow on from these with a story of Noel, the injured vampire from Archangels Kiss and one of Ashwini the hunter mentioned in those stories. If you enjoy Nalini's style then this book is for you. It isn't quite so graphic as some of her other novels.
