I found this CD a wonderful way to relax. The meditation is spoken very well, softly and the music is so relaxing. Doreen gives you time to work out what she is saying before going onto the next step. At the end of the first sessions I was so relaxed I fell asleep for 20 minutes.

Doreen Virtue has a strong voice, and calls upon alot of arch angels to you to perform different tasks. She brings them all to you, and then details each one individually to 'process' their special ability. It is a long meditation, and the first 'angel' meditation cd that I have ever purchased. It was different but I did enjoy it because it was totally unlike any other meditation cd that I own. If you want to experience a meditation with a difference, this is excellent.

A very good cd it is a very long meditation but is very will worth it it has a part for healing and letting things go that you are holding on too, calling on the arch angels to help us in everyday situations, very easy to listen to and has a nice voice to listen to I give this cd a A+ very rewarding and helpful on your spiritual journey

I have found this very useful as a way to clear "old stuff". The meditations are spoken quite quickly but you allow them in with out thinking it works on a subtle level. Effective for me that is for sure! Her voice is pleasing and easy to listen to. With explanations before each guided meditation.

most enjoyable .if you have had a hard and stressful day go to bed with your headphones on and this cd playing ,you will have a wonderful sleep ,very relaxing to go to bed on or at any time for some relaxation .
