Don't take all of the advice in this book as truth, and don't think that the approaches put forth in it are going to work just because it says it does - not everyone is the same, and you are almost sure to drive a few great men away if you follow everything this book says. That said, there is some fairly decent advice in there - but that isn't to say that you should be following it to the letter.
