Well, Fishpond list it as published by Pearson Education Australia; it is the 4th Edition, and it is titled Accounting: An Introduction....Pearson publish in many countries, accounting standards and practices vary from country to country, they accordingly issue editions which are tailored to the country of publication. I think it's a bit strong to assert that Fishpond are somehow mis-representing this book....and by the way, it is FIRST CLASS

Based on Australian Accounting Standards this textbook is a great introduction to Accounting.

This book is not Accounting: An Introduction 4th edition, as advertised, despite being listed with the same book code. It is a specifically Australian edition. Buy with caution if you require it for an international course. Or alternatively, buy from a source that knows how to list books correctly.
There is nothing wrong with the book's content, it's actually very good. It's just not the book Fishpond lead you to believe it is.
