If you're looking for interesting ways to bulk up your vegetable intake, this book will prove invaluable. There are some predictable recipes in this book, but on the whole, it offers a lot of quick, refreshing and tasty ideas. My husband is not a big vegetable fan, but he says he looks forward to seeing what sort of food the restaurant produces each evening-definitely a vote from me!
