Considering how much I loved the original of this book, I was sorely disappointed with this one. I was very excited to find that there was another book to add to the collection. I found the original much more use than this and have only read this book once. I don't even think I read it properly or filled much out.
I would recommend just buying the original book, and not worrying about the workbook as it doesn't add anything to what you will learn.
