This is a beautiful book. The cakes are perfect for all ages and tastes. They are impressive to look at but are also very easy to make because the step by step instructions are so clear and easily understood. The noahs ark cake was particularly impressive but was no where near as difficult to make as i thought it would be. i would recommend this book to anyone who loves novelty cakes, my children have had lots of fun choosing their next birthday cakes from it.

this book is fantastic, i bought it to make the cake on the cover for my daughters 1st birthday, the instructions are simple and easy to follow, the end result? i surprised myself. I love this book, happy decorating.

This book is great and these difficult cakes are as it says very easy to make. I am a beginner and have found that even I can follow the simple instructions to make wonderful looking cakes.

I bought this book as I wanted to make the cake on the front cover - but it's got heaps of other amazing cake designs in it that my kids have already been picking out for future birthdays. The instructions are really clear and well laid out with recipe and equipment outlines. This is a very comprehensive book that gives you all the basics from which you could then go on an let your imagination go wild!
