I have found this book extremely helpful losing some very unwanted kilo's. I feel it is fairly easy programme to follow if you are dedicated to changing bad habits permanently. Cut out junk, move more, the things we all know! But, I do like the different cycles and I am eating a larger range of foods than I was previously. It's simple - everyone knows this stuff! This time it is just in a context that made my brain click into gear! Worth a go if you are getting no where with your weight loss.

As usual just another low fat diet that contradicts itself by adding more sugar when it reduces the fat content. Big mistake buying this book as I have come across what I was looking for in a book titled www.The Belly Fat Cure.com by Jorge Cruise (stop counting calories)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK! i saw it on a tv show so i went and brought it and it is better than any other diet and exercise books because it is realistic! i lost weight im keeping it off and im still losing it. This is the perfect boook for ANYONE wanting to lose weight. They dont make you starve they dont make you exercise for hours on end. just buy it okay :) haha

The 17 Day Diet will help you lose weight. What I like is that Dr. Michael Moreno provides a diet with enough options to make it doable. because, let's face it--most diets work--if you can follow them without wanting to kill yourself from boredom.
The doctor claims that by mixing up the types of foods you eat, your body is tricked into metabolizing more efficiency. I don't know if this is true or just some diet B.S...but I do know the recipes and menus provided are wholesome and tasty. Get rid of the junk--refined carbs, sugar, etc--eat only healthy and nutritious food. Basically, most dietitians and anyone else with a clue will tell you this...nothing earthshattering about this information. But it is true and it works.
