This is a good script writing book to inspire you to get down and write. To let you know that you can do it, and to give you some hints and habits that will help you on your way. I found it interesting, but to be honest it felt like the kind of book you read when you're really just procrastinating about getting down to the business of actually writing. I've read a few script writing books and the best one is definitely Save the Cat. Have a look at that one, too.
